1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using KitchenGlow's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

KitchenGlow provides AI-powered rendering services that transform 2020 Design files and kitchen design drawings into photorealistic images. Our service is designed for professional kitchen and bath designers, contractors, and related professionals.

3. Payment and Pricing

Current pricing is $49 per rendering. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure third-party payment processors. All sales are final, subject to our satisfaction guarantee outlined below.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your rendered image, we will either:

• Provide one free revision to address your concerns
• Issue a full refund if we cannot meet your expectations

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the first free revision are available for $15 each.

5. File Requirements and Delivery

We accept 2020 Design files (.kit), screenshots (.jpeg, .png), and other common design file formats. Delivery is typically within one business day via email. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information for delivery.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Upon payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the rendered images. You may use the images for:

• Client presentations and proposals
• Marketing materials and websites
• Social media and advertising
• Any other business purposes

You retain ownership of your original design files. KitchenGlow retains the right to use anonymized examples of our work for marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client files and design information with strict confidentiality. Your designs are never shared with third parties, stored longer than necessary for service delivery, or used for any purpose other than creating your requested renderings.

8. Limitation of Liability

KitchenGlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our AI-generated images are for visualization purposes and may not reflect exact real-world conditions.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Creating misleading or deceptive marketing materials
• Reverse engineering our AI technology
• Reselling our services without authorization

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
